All industries need feedback to know what needs to be changed, left alone, and/or improved. That is the value of qualitative research methodologies. When you submit the data to us, we will analyze it all, whether it is qualitative or quantitative data, and will give you the results back. We understand that not everyone takes the time to participate in the surveys but we can get an analysis from those who did. This order does have the option for long-term if you have many services that you want surveyed. We can also submit the surveys to your patients if you submit the patients' communication data to us. We can keep their names and other information private or edit it to prevent violating HIPAA.
