Do we give refunds?

Population Health & Informatics (PH&I) only provides refunds when the services do not meet satisfactory. The refunds are returned the same way the transaction was done.

Do we accept payments?

All payments must be the complete balance in order for the for the service(s) to be performed.

What are our peak hours?

Our peak hours vary depending on which services you are inquiring about. For instance, we know that health coaching is most popular as a New Year’s resolution for better health and the hours are usually AM hours. In addition, Population Health & Informatics also has Microsoft Excel teaching courses which usually have peak hours of 11am to 3pm, depending on one’s time zone. We provide services throughout the day.
